This MLSI uniform policy has been drawn up through a collaborative process involving School Staff, and the Senior Management Team.

Rationale

We believe that a neat and tidy school uniform helps children to understand the importance of presentation and helps them develop their self-esteem and self-confidence. We also believe that it is important that our children learn to present themselves appropriately at MLSI.

With this in mind, a high standard of personal appearance is expected at all times as it represents the standards set by our school for our children. Accordingly, parents must ensure that pupils comply with these standards in matters of general appearance, dress, hairstyle and jewelry at all times during the school year.
